At a conference a few years ago, I sat in the audience looking at the stage. I'd been sitting there for two days and I noticed that the audience was 80% women but every single speaker was a male. It was there that I decided that one day, I'd be on that stage and let these women understand and feel their worth. Let them know that they have the power in their own hands to be, and do, what they dream. I want to show women how to live their life filled with purpose, productivity, and love.
