Plan for Self Love
There are a few things I try to do regularly to help with my mental health. Mediation is number one. I try to do it every single day. I also like to ensure I get some movement in, some water drinking, and some fresh air. It's a fantastic way to get in my self care. Now it's not always easy to schedule it in so I've made some stickers to remind myself to do these things. I hope you find these helpful.
